IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The Board, through Counsel, filed a Motion to Continue in which it provides that Dr. Goel has signed a Consent Agreement that will be voted on by the Board at its August meeting. The Board’s Counsel requests that the matter be continued until November so that if the Board rejects the Consent Agreement there is time to prepare for a hearing. The ALJ finds that under these facts it is appropriate to vacate this matter and remand it to the Board. See A.A.C R2-19-111. If the Board does not approve the Consent Agreement, the matter can be resubmitted to the Office of Administrative Hearings and reset for hearing at that time. IT IS ORDERED vacating this matter from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanding it to the Arizona Medical Board.
