The attorney for the Arizona Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants (“the Board”) has moved to vacate the hearing because the parties have agreed to resolve this dispute through a consent agreement, saving both the Boar and Respondent the time and expense of hearing. The Board’s attorney states that Respondent’s attorney joins the motion. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on January 27, 28, and 29, 2009. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this appeal under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Executive Director of the Board for further action. Done this day, January 14, 2009.
