IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

This matter came on for hearing on May 14, 2008 before the Office of Administrative Hearings, an independent agency. The Arizona Medical Board was represented by Assistant Attorney General Dean E. Brekke. James L. Robrock, MD appeared personally and was represented by his attorney, Heather M. Hendrix, Esq. At the commencement of the hearing the parties announced that they had reached a settlement agreement. Dr. Robrock agreed to enter into a Consent Agreement. Dr. Robrock agreed to surrender his medical license. In view of the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing be vacated and that this matter be remanded to the Arizona Medical Board for further action.
