The Department, by and through Assistant Attorney General, Kathryn Winters, having made a motion to deem the allegations of the Complaint admitted for the failure of the Licensee to file an Answer as required by A.R.S. §4-210(F), and it appearing from the affidavit filed at the time of the Department’s motion that no Answer to the Complaint has been filed: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing of this matter is vacated. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this case is remanded to the Department of Liquor Licenses and Control for imposition of sanctions. Done this day, May 13, 2008.
