IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The Administrative Law Judge set this matter for status update by June 2, 2008. On April 11, 2008, the Director of the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control issued its Order granting the request to deem admissions and finding the Licensee in violation of law and subject to a stated penalty. Based on the Director’s Order and pursuant to Tribunal Rule A.A.C. R2-19-111, IT IS ORDERED the above-entitled matter is hereby vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and the matter is remanded to the agency for any further handling.
