The Arizona Naturopathic Physicians Medical Board (“the Board”) and Respondent Carole Eastman, N.D. have filed a joint request to vacate the hearing in this matter so that it may be returned to the Board for further action on the proposed consent agreement for surrender. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on December 21 and 22, 2009. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Executive Director of the Board for further action. Done this day, December 17, 2009.
