This matter came on for hearing on June 9, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. The Respondent appeared through its authorized representative, Erwin Lopez. The Complainant failed to appear. At the onset of the hearing the Respondent stated that it had entered into a payment agreement with the Complainant and that the Complainant had agreed to cancel the hearing in this matter based upon the parties’ settlement agreement. Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for this matter be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors.
