The Complainant has filed a written request to dismiss his complaint against Congrove Construction LLC “because they did not have anything to do with project at my home.” The Respondents have been given an opportunity to respond thereto. Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for 07F-Y0213 (W)-ROC ( Borgerding –vs- Congrove Construction LLC) be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors. Case No 07F-Y0213-ROC (Borgerding –vs-TKC Construction LLC) .remains scheduled for hearing as previously noticed to the parties. Done this day, January 17, 2008.
