IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On May 23, 2008, the Complainant filed a written communication which provides, in part, as follows: “I have since sold the property and would like to close my complaint against “Kerley Homes of Yuma” (Kerley Construction). I do this not because “Kerley Homes of Yuma” completed the work but because I no longer own the home and I made the repairs myself. Thanks again for all of your hard work. Without it I would have been left in the dark.” Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for this matter be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors.
