IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The administrative hearing of this matter is presently scheduled to convene in the Office of Administrative Hearings, Tucson, on February 25th, 2008, at 1:30 p.m. On February 22nd, 2008, the Complainant faxed to the OAH a motion to vacate the hearing based on a written, signed settlement agreement which was attached to the motion. It appears from the settlement agreement (copy attached for Registrar of Contractors Review) that the parties have achieved a full settlement. Parties to a case before the Registrar of Contractors at the OAH may informally resolve their differences by way of a settlement agreement. A.R.S. 41-1092.07.F.5. A.A.C R2-19-111.1. Good cause appearing, it is hereby ordered granting the motion to vacate. The administrative hearing is canceled, and this matter is vacated from the OAH docket and remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for its further action. Done this day, February 25th, 2008.
