The administrative hearing of this matter is presently scheduled to convene in the Office of Administrative Hearings, on February 5th, 2008, at 1:30 p.m. On January 16th, 2008, the Respondent, through counsel, filed a motion to dismiss the Complaint on the ground that the Complainants no longer own the home. Documents were attaché to the motion indicating that the home had been the subject of a Trustee’s sale. The Complaint concerns only allegations about the driveway at the home no longer owned by Complainants. Complainants apparently have no objection to the motion, for they filed no response of any kind to the motion. Evidently they are no longer seeking any discipline against the license. Wherefore, good cause appearing, the motion is granted. The scheduled administrative hearing is canceled, this matter is vacated from the OAH docket and remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for its further action. Done this day, January 29th, 2008.
