IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The administrative hearing of this matter is presently scheduled to convene in the Office of Administrative Hearings. Tucson, on February 25th, 2008. On January 18th, 2008, the Complainant filed a motion to close the matter based on the parties having achieved an informal settlement amongst themselves. Considering the nature of the motion, no responsive pleading is required. Good cause appearing, the administrative hearing scheduled for February 25th, 2008, is canceled. This matter is vacated from the OAH docket and remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for its further action.
