IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The records of the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) reflect that on November 2, 2007, the Registrar of Contractors submitted its request to set the above-entitled matter for hearing. On November 6, 2007, the OAH transmitted to the Registrar of Contractors the information to be incorporated into a Registrar of Contractors’ Notice of Hearing, setting the matter for February 19, 2008, at 1:30 pm. See attached. On February 5, 2007, the OAH received the Registrar of Contractors’ February 4, 2008, order requesting that the matter be vacated from the OAH calendar because the Registrar of Contractors had not issued the required days notice of hearing pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1092.05. In the absence of proper notice, the matter is vacated from the calendar of the OAH. Done this day, February 11, 2008.
