The administrative hearing of this matter is presently scheduled to convene in the Office of Administrative Hearings, Tucson, on December 3rd, 2007, at 1:30 p.m. On October 25th, 2007, the Complainant filed in the OAH written notice that he was withdrawing his Complaint against Respondent in Case No. T07-1020, for the reason that he and Respondent have achieved settlement informally. Wherefore, and pursuant to A.A.C. R2-19-111.4, it is hereby ordered that the scheduled hearing is canceled, and this matter is vacated from the OAH docket and remanded to the ROC for its further action.
