On Friday, September 7th, 2007, the Complainants filed a motion in the OAH seeking to vacate the hearing on the ground that all outstanding issues in their Complaint have been resolved to their satisfaction. Considering the nature of the motion, no response is necessary. Good cause in support of the motion appearing, it is hereby ordered that the scheduled hearing is canceled. This matter is vacated from the OAH docket and remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for its further action.
