IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The administrative rehearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on July 25th, 2007. On that date the case as called and the Respondent tendered a notice for filing in the record, prepared and signed by his attorney. The notice was of the Respondent’s filing of a Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition in federal court, on July 23rd, 2007, which was assigned Case No. 2-070bk-03487. The notice further stated that the automatic stay applies to this action before the Registrar of Contractors. Thus, for the sake of administrative economy, further proceedings in this action should be abated unless and until relief from any sty order is obtained. Wherefore, and pursuant to A.A.C. R4-9-108,4, it is hereby ordered vacating this matter form the OAH docket and remanding same to the Registrar of Contractors for its further action. Done this day, July 30th, 2007.
