IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The administrative hearing of this matter is presently scheduled to convene the Office of Administrative Hearings, on April 17th, 2007, at 9:00 a.m. On April 3rd, 2007, the Complainants filed a motion to vacate the hearing on the ground that they are satisfied with all efforts made by Respondent to date to correct the workmanship defects, and that they feel no further purpose would be served by pursuing the Complaint any further. Wherefore, good cause appearing, and in conformity with A.A.C. R2-19- 111.1, and 4., it is hereby ordered that the scheduled hearing is canceled, and this matter is vacated from the OAH docket and remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for its further action.
