IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On May 30, 2007, the parties filed a joint Motion to Vacate Hearing. The parties’ joint motion provides, in pertinent part, as follows: “Warawut Chantakasorn (“Complainant”) and Home Depot USA, Inc. (“Respondent”) jointly notify the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) that they have settled all claims in this matter. As such, the parties jointly request that the OAH vacate the hearing…and dismiss the complaint.” Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for this matter be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors. Done this day, May 31, 2007.
