On February 26, 2007, the Complainants filed a written communication which provides, in pertinent part, as follows: “We are requesting to vacate the hearing for the above case number scheduled for March 6, 2007 with regards to our complaint against CENDOT Construction L.L.C. We have come to a satisfactory agreement and settlement to the complaint with Mr. Ahumada. Thank you for your consideration and assistance in this matter.”

Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for this matter be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors. Done this day, February 26, 2007.
