On April 29, 2008, the Complainant filed the attached written communication which provides, in pertinent part, as follows: “Due to unforeseen health problems I am requesting a cancellation of the complaint against Cochise Landscape Borders.” Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for January 30, 1997 be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors.
