On April 29, 2008, the Complainant filed the attached written communication which provides, in pertinent part, as follows: “Due to unforeseen health problems I am requesting a cancellation of the complaint against Cochise Landscape Borders.” Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for May 5th, 2008, be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors. (Previous Order Vacating referred to hearing set for January 30th, 1997. Please note clerical correction hearing was set for May 5th, 2008, and is vacated for the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearing.) Done this day, May 6, 2008.
