IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The administrative hearing of this matter is presently scheduled to convene on December 4th, 2007, at 1:30 p.m. in the Office of Administrative Hearings. On December 3rd, 2007, the OAH received the parties’ written and signed stipulation and motion to vacate the hearing and close the case as they have achieved an informal settlement. Wherefore, good cause appearing, and in conformity with A.A.C. R2-19- 111.1, it is hereby ordered that the scheduled hearing is canceled, this matter is vacated from the OAH docket and remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for its further action.
