IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The administrative hearing of this matter is presently scheduled to convene on December 5th, 2007, at 9:00 a.m. On December 3rd, 2007, the parties filed a written and signed stipulation and motion to vacate the scheduled hearing and close the case as they have achieved an informal settlement. Wherefore, good cause appearing, and in conformity with A.A.C. R2-19- 111.1 it is hereby ordered that the scheduled hearing is canceled, and this matter is vacated from the OAH docket and remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for its further action.
