On November 27, 2006, the Complainants filed a written communication which provides, in pertinent part, as follows: “We have reached a mutual settlement with Russell & Russell and Sierra Canyon Homes related to these and all claims…This dismissal is only as to the complaints against Russell & Russell, Inc., and Sierra Canyon Homes, L.L.C., and not as to complaints against any subcontractors.” Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for this matter be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors.
