Prior to the date of the scheduled hearing, the Residential Contractors’ Recovery Fund (“Fund”) filed a communication with the Office of Administrative Hearings, showing that Plaintiff accepted the good faith settlement offer from the Fund and withdrew his request for hearing. In addition, the Fund was withdrawing its opposition to Plaintiff’s request for a payout. Therefore, good cause appearing, the above-entitled case is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanded to the referring agency for appropriate disposition.
