IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The administrative hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on February 12th, 2008, at 9:00 a.m. At approximately 7:30 a.m. on that date the parties, through their respective counsel, faxed to the Office of Administrative Hearings, their stipulation and joint application to withdraw the Complaint and Citation and Complaint with prejudice (copy attached for the Registrar of Contractors review). Whereupon, the parties were notified by the OAH that the hearing would be vacated, with written order to follow. Wherefore, it is hereby ordered that the administrative hearing is canceled, nunc pro tunc, this matter is vacated from the OAH docket and remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for its further action. Done this day, February 13th, 2008.
