On August 6, 2008 the Complainant filed a letter which provides, in pertinent part, as follows: “My wife and I have settled with the Recovery Fund and received our check and would like to cancel the October 8th hearing…Please end this nightmare!” Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for this matter be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors.
