The administrative hearing of this matter is presently scheduled to convene in the Office of Administrative Hearings on December 12th, 2007, at 9:00 a.m. On November 13th, 2007, Complainants filed a motion to vacate the hearing on the ground that all outstanding issues between them and Respondent had been resolved, and they were withdrawing their Complaint filed with the Registrar of Contractors. Considering the nature of the motion, no response is required. Wherefore, good cause appearing, it is hereby ordered canceling the scheduled hearing, vacating this matter from the OAH docket and remanding same to the Registrar of Contractors for its further action.
