IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The administrative hearing of this matter is scheduled to be held in the Office of Administrative Hearings on March 20th, 2008. On February 27th, 2008, the parties filed a stipulation to dismiss as they have settled all their outstanding differences in this matter (copy attached for the Registrar’s review). According to Registrar of Contractors policy however, cases settled prior to hearing shall be listed as closed as settled, but not dismissed (See: Registrar of Contractors Notice of Hearing). Wherefore, it is hereby ordered canceling the scheduled hearing and vacating this matter from the OAH docket and remanding same to the ROC for its further action. Done this day, March 3rd, 2008.
