IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The administrative hearing of this matter is presently scheduled to convene on October 11th, 2007, in Show Low Arizona. On September 20th, 2007, the Complainant filed a notarized statement of his withdrawal of his Complaint based on his informal settlement with Respondent. Parties to a contested matter before the Office of Administrative Hearings may resolve the dispute prior to hearing by informal settlement. A.R.S. 41- 1092.07.F.5. Considering the nature of the motion, no response from the Respondent is necessary. Wherefore, good cause appearing, and in accordance with the above- cited statute and A.A.C. R2-19-111.4, it is hereby ordered that the scheduled hearing is canceled, this matter is vacated from the OAH docket and remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for its further action.
