This matter came on for hearing on April 16, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. Charleen L. Hawsley was present and represented by her attorney, James Webster. R Tek Services, LLC was represented by its authorized employee, Fred Richie. After the commencement of the hearing but prior to its conclusion, the parties announced that they had reached a settlement agreement, the essential terms of which were read into the record. Complainant agreed that Respondent was owed the sum of $2,500.00, which will be rolled into financing provided to her by Respondent in the total amount of $11,855.00. The parties are determined to have knowingly and voluntarily entered into the settlement agreement, which is found to be just and fair. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing be vacated and this matter remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
