Very shortly prior to the date set for the hearing in the above- entitled matter, counsel for Respondent filed a Joint Notice and Stipulation of Settlement, signed by the respective parties, confirming that all matters in issue had been resolved and expressly requesting that the scheduled hearing be vacated, thereby also effectively warranting the termination of the pending administrative action.

In view of the foregoing, and for good and sufficient cause otherwise appearing herein, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on March 12, 2008 be and hereby is VACATED from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for appropriate further action.
