On December 15, 2006 counsel for the Arizona Department of Real Estate ("Department") filed a Notice of Settlement and Motion to Vacate Hearing in this matter. Counsel averred that a final settlement had been reached that resolved all matters pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that this matter be vacated from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and be remanded to the Department.
