On July 30, 2007, the Complainant filed a written communication which provides, in pertinent part, as follows: “As of late last week, the manager finally handed out the summary act and all items in question have been complied with. It is no longer necessary to have a compliance hearing and (I) withdraw my request for the hearing.” Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED that the compliance hearing set for this matter be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and that this matter be remanded to the Department of Fire, Building and Life Safety.
