IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The above-entitled matters were consolidated for hearing. The consolidated hearing is scheduled for July 17, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. before the Office of Administrative Hearings. West Brook Construction, Inc.’s officer and qualifying party, Gregory Pung, has advised the Office of Administration that his company is no longer in existence and that it filed for bankruptcy. On May 14, 2008, Office of Administrative Hearings’ staff used the PACER Service Center to confirm that West Brook Construction, Inc. filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition on April 23, 2008. Therefore, an automatic stay is in effect. Docket No. 07F-H0446-ROC is subject to the automatic stay in the bankruptcy action. A review of the Arizona Corporation Commission records reveals that West Brook Construction, Inc. was dissolved on April 25, 2008 for its failure to maintain a statutory agent. Therefore, West Brook Construction, Inc. is no longer a legal entity that can prosecute its case against G and T Electric, Inc. in Docket No. 07F-H0204-ROC. In view of the foregoing, IT IS OREDERD that Docket Nos. 07F- H0204 and 07F-H0446-ROC be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and that those matters be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
