STATE OF ARIZONA IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Prior to the date set for the hearings in the above-entitled matters, Complainant filed a written communication confirming that it was formally withdrawing both of the two filed complaints which are presently set for hearing on April 1, 2008 and May 1, 2008, respectively, thereby effectively requesting that both of the scheduled hearings be canceled and also effectively warranting the termination of the pending administrative actions in these cases. A copy of Complainant’s communication stating its intention to withdraw these complaints was shown to have been sent to Respondent. In view of the foregoing, and sufficient cause otherwise appearing herein, IT IS ORDERED that the hearings scheduled to convene on April 1, 2008 and May 1, 2008, respectively, be and hereby are VACATED from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that both of these matters be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for appropriate further action.
