IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Respondent has filed notice of its previously filed petition in bankruptcy in U.S. District Court case no. 2:07-bk-05262-GBN and that as a direct result thereof, there now exists an automatic stay of proceedings against Respondent pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §362(a). Therefore, good cause appearing, the above-entitled case is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanded to the referring agency for appropriate disposition consistent with the above- described automatic stay.
