On May 17, 2007, Complainants filed a notice[1] wherein was indicated that Complainants no longer desire to proceed to an administrative Hearing on their Complaint; the matter has been settled. As there are no other motions pending and as the MOTION TO VACATE THE HEARING has been voluntarily entered; IT IS ORDERED that the Hearing scheduled to convene on May 21, 2007 at 1:30 P.M. be and is hereby vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Registrar of Contractors make disposition of Complaint No. M07-0193 in a manner appropriate in the premises.
