On June 14, 2007, the Department notified the Tribunal that the parties has settled the matters, and requested that the scheduled hearing be dismissed. The Department provided a copy of the parties’ executed Consent Agreement. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED the consolidated hearing scheduled in the above captioned matters is vacated from the hearing calendar and the matter is remanded to the Department for any further handling.
