IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is the Arizona Department of Weights and Measures’ (the “Department”) January 11, 2007 Motion to Dismiss. Pursuant to that Motion, the Department requests that the hearing in this matter scheduled for January 25, 2007 be vacated for the reason that the parties have reached a settlement. Good cause appearing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Director of the Department for further action.
