IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Pursuant to the Registrar of Contractors’ May 22, 2009 Order of Closing in Case No. 07F-2585-ROC-com, the parties are advised that because R Tek Services, L.L.C. (“R Tek”) filed a Petition for Chapter Bankruptcy in U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Arizona, in Case No. 2:09-bk-03901-TRB, as a direct result thereof, there now exists an Automatic Stay of Proceedings against R Tek pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §362(a). Therefore, docket no. 07F-2585-ROC-com is vacated from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and the matter is remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for appropriate disposition. The parties are advised that the hearing in docket no. 07F-2585W- ROC-com, McCullough v. National Home Remodelers, Inc., will proceed to hearing as previously noticed to the parties, on August 3, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. at the Office of Administrative Hearings located at 1400 West Washington, Suite 101, Phoenix, Arizona.
