IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

This matter came on for hearing at the time and place set forth in the Notice of Hearing. The Complainant had submitted an untimely motion for a continuance on the day prior to the hearing. The motion was denied for lack of good cause. The Complainant failed to appear for the hearing and no good cause is known for the non appearance. The Respondent was present and prepared to proceed. Absent any evidence on behalf of the Complainant, the case is subject to dismissal by the Registrar of Contractors. It Is Ordered the hearing of this matter is vacated and the case is remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for final disposition. Done this day, February 28, 2008.
