STATE OF ARIZONA IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On the date of and very shortly before the starting time of the administrative hearing in the above-entitled case, Complainant filed a written request to withdraw its pending complaint, confirming that the parties had concluded an agreement of settlement of all matters in issue, thereby effectively also warranting the vacating of the scheduled hearing and the termination of the pending administrative action.

In view of the foregoing, and for good and sufficient cause otherwise appearing herein, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on January 15, 2008 be and hereby is VACATED from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for appropriate further action.
