The Arizona State Board of Accountancy (“the Board”) has moved to vacate the hearing because Respondent has signed a proposed Decision and Order (By Consent), which will be presented to the Board for its consideration at the January 8, 2007 meeting and may render this matter moot. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on January 10, 2007 at 1:30 p.m., without prejudice to Respondent’s right to again request a hearing if the Board does not accept the Consent Order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this appeal under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Executive Director of the Board for further action. Done this day, December 21, 2006.
