The Arizona State Board of Accountancy’s attorney has moved to vacate the hearing in this matter because Mr. DeGroote has signed a proposed Decision and Order (By Consent), which will be presented to the Board for its consideration on January 8, 2007 and may resolve the matters in dispute. Good cause having been established, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on December 13, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this appeal under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Executive Director of the Arizona State Board of Accountancy for further action. This order is without prejudice to Mr. DeGroote’s right to request a hearing again if the parties cannot finally resolve their dispute. Done this day, December 5, 2006.
