Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is a request to vacate hearing submitted on March 27, 2008. Pursuant to the request, Complainant James Mitchell has requested that the hearing in this matter, currently scheduled for April 22, 2008, be vacated for the reason that he is “electing to drop complaint 07-1942 against European Pavers.” Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED VACATING this matter from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanding it to the Registrar of Contractors for appropriate disposition.
