STATE OF ARIZONA IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Very shortly prior to the date and the time set for the administrative hearing in the above-entitled matter, Complainant filed a written notification that, based upon certain written assurances from Respondent with respect to any contract balance purportedly remaining unpaid, she was withdrawing her filed complaint, thereby effectively requesting that the scheduled hearing be canceled and also that the pending administrative action be terminated. Neither party appeared at the scheduled hearing, serving to further confirm that all matters in issue between the parties have been resolved. In view of the foregoing, and sufficient cause otherwise appearing herein, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on SEPTEMBER 11, 2007 be and hereby is VACATED from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for appropriate further action.
