Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is a Stipulation to Dismiss Without Prejudice submitted on February 26, 2007. Pursuant to the Stipulation, the parties through their respective counsel have requested that the hearing in this matter, currently scheduled for February 27, 2007, be vacated and dismissed. Based on the above, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED VACATING this matter from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanding it to the Registrar of Contractors for further action as deemed appropriate.
