The parties have stipulated to vacate the status conference and dismiss these consolidated appeals pursuant to their settlement, the terms of which were set forth in the stipulation. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the status conference that had been scheduled on this date. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this appeal under A.A.C.
