On March 22, 2007, the Arizona Board of Optometry filed a Notice Vacating Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings pursuant to which the Board advised that this case is being returned to the Board for further action. Hearing has been scheduled for April 26, 2007; however, no Notice of Hearing has yet been received by the Office of Administrative Hearings. In view of the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Board for further action.
